Drones struck a container vessel off the coast of Bulgaria on Wednesday afternoon, Defense Minister Dimitar Stoyanov said. There is no information yet on who was responsible, while concern is growing over attacks on civilian commercial vessels in the region.
Bulgaria is also seeking dedicated European Union funding in the next long-term budget to help set up a planned Black Sea Maritime Security Hub with Romania.
